As Asia has moved into the Internet age, so has it also moved into the spam age and more and more people have to setup a spam black list for outlook for proper outlook express spam blocking. MAPS (Mail Abuse Prevention System)

MAPS was originally set up by Paul Vixie, the father of the Internet DNS system which is how to block spam with outlook: this gave it a certain cachet, and for several years it was a major player in the anti-spam world.
